The meeting opened at 7:30 PM. Present were: Chairman Rick McCowan, Mark Canfield, Tom Daly, Jerry Gannelli, and John Mirick.
Public Hearing for Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments
Rick opened the hearing at 7:30 pm and read the legal notice as published in the Landmark on March 29, April 5, 2012.
Rick explained this change came about as a request from Building Inspector John Wilson.
John Wilson was present and explained that there has been confusion on the part of property owners relative to what is meant by street language. They are computing frontage by including the street. He wanted to clarity it is from the front property line and not the street line. Street lines meander and are not accurate measurements.
There were no comments from the board of from the public.
At 7:36 pm Tom moved to close Jerry seconded. All in favor (5-0)
John moved to present at Town meeting as written. Jerry seconded. All in favor (5-0).
